Teacher Training Programme and Teacher Empowerment
We believe that curriculum goes beyond just subject area knowledge to the concepts and approaches to teaching. Teachers should be constantly figuring out new ways to engage students. The HoS also takes training programs in school and has trained some selected staff members as Master Trainers who have been trained to further take training programs in future. The School Staff regularly attends the training programmes conducted by the CBSE, DoE and various other organizations to empower themselves and learn from the Masters.
