1) Payment of Fee and other charges to be made only through Cheque/Draft/NEFT, in favour of Salwan Public School, between 8.00 am to 3.00 pm on all working days.

2) Last due date of fee payment is 15th of the first month of the each quarter in case of quarterly fee Payment and 10th of the each month in case of monthly fee payment. The fee is preferably to be paid quarterly i.e. in the months of April, July, October, and January.

3) If the fee is not paid by due date, a fine of Rs. 250/- will have to be paid, in case the fee is paid within 15 days from the last due date, and a fine of Rs. 500/- will have to be paid if fee is paid after 15 days from the last due date of fee payment.

4) In case of non-payment of fee during the quarter, the name of the student shall be struck off from the school roll automatically, as per Rule 167 of the Delhi School Education Rules’ 1973.

5) In case fee is paid by cheque, and it is dishonored, Rs. 236/- will be charged towards bounce charge. In such case fee shall be payable along with bounce charge and late fee fine, as applicable.

6) All fee and charges except transport fee, shall be paid for a full period of twelve months.

7) Transport charges, payable along with the school fee shall be paid for a period of 11 months.

8) All the dues are required to be cleared for a session before the end of session or in case of early leaving, dues are required to be cleared before leaving the school.

9) Written Notice of one month is required for withdrawing a child, failing which one month’s fee will have to be paid.

10) Admission fee is non-refundable.
